We are looking for a talented Application Services Consultant who will participate in the team on development, delivery and maintenance of business solutions. You will act as primary support liaison between client and internal partners, providing application support for all versions of ADP's product offerings.

ROLE IN TERMS OF TASKS
• Optimization/Customizing of SAP HCM Module with regard to client's need and legislative requirements.
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, issue resolution, proposal/implementation/maintenance of solutions. Regression testing, Documentation maintenance.
• Customizing of Schemes and Rules (PY, TM).
• Support and assistance for client/payroll specialist team. Communication maintained through the ADP CRM system and other ancillary databases.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• At least 2 years of experience with SAP HR HCM.
• English and German language on advanced level
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy and ability to work under high pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team orientation.
