Your responsibilities would be
- Supporting development of newly established HR Shared Services department
- Providing the support for ADP associates within EMEA countries (HR, payroll and technology related queries) over several communication channels
- Case Management
What is required?
• English language (minimum B2)
• General understanding of HR legislation and requirements
• Strong customer service skills
• SAP (GV) product knowledge will be an asset
